At JumpPlus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If your new device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your JumpPlus account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to receive a pre-paid shipping label and an RMA number.

    Prepare Your Device

    Ensure the item is in its original box with all accessories included, and perform a factory reset to remove any personal data or cloud accounts.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the product in a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding and affix the provided return label clearly on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
